1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is a readymade item, such as frames, sunglasses, or spherical contact lenses.
Customized products such as prescription eyewear, cylindrical lenses, or contact lenses for astigmatism are not eligible for a full refund. For such customized items, only 50% of the product value will be refunded, provided the return is approved after inspection.
2. Inspection Requirement
- All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
- Refunds are processed only after the product has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.
- Products that fail inspection (e.g., used, damaged after delivery, or missing components) will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or prescription eyewear (except defective items).
- Cylindrical contact lenses or lenses for astigmatism.
- Used frames, lenses, or any hygiene-sensitive products.
6. Shipping Costs and Deductions
- Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
- Customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
7. Refund Timeline and Method
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, alternate refund methods (such as bank transfer) may be offered at our discretion.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
